MONROE, La.—Heavy rains have caused unplayable field conditions at Warhawk Field forcing officials to cancel Sunday’s baseball contest between ULM and Houston Baptist. The Warhawks now prepare for the Sun Belt Conference Tournament, which begins on Wednesday.

A plan for the throwback jerseys that were to be auctioned off at the conclusion of the game will be announced at a later date.

ULM will be the number seven seed in the eight-team conference tournament and will play second-seeded Western Kentucky at 4 p.m. at Riddle-Pace Field in Troy, Ala. The Hilltoppers, who swept ULM during the regular season in Bowling Green, Ky., tied Middle Tennessee for the regular season championship, but are the two seed due to losing both games to the Blue Raiders this past weekend.

All of ULM's Sun Belt Conference Tournament games will be broadcast live on 1680 AM in the Monroe area and worldwide on the internet at ulmathletics.com. Fans can also watch all of the action on Sun Belt Extra by logging on to sunbeltsports.org.
